TEST PROCESS

Test Proccedures

OVERLOAD TEST

All products whose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical assembly are completed are subjected to overload test as standard before paint application. The overload test is tested with an additional load of 125% of the declared load according to the vehicle model.

In the overload test, the scissor platform is on a flat surface and the additional platform is open during all movements. During the test, all movements (raising, lowering, turning right-left, forward-backward movement) are applied with the least advantage. During the entire test, the braking system is controlled to have the capacity to stop and continue the test load.

FUNCTION TEST

Scissor Lifts are subjected to 100% function tests before being delivered to the customer from Asutay Facilities. Functional tests are scheduled to detect any malfunctions before vehicles are put into service.

Also, before each use, operators should follow step-by-step instructions to test all machine functions. A faulty machine should never be used. If a fault is detected, the machine must be tagged and taken out of service. Repairs to the machine may only be made by a qualified service technician, according to the manufacturer's specifications. After repairs are complete, the operator must again perform a pre-operation inspection and functional tests before putting the machine into service.

1. Choose a firm, flat and unobstructed test area.

2. Make sure the battery pack is connected.

Function Tests; It can be divided into two as Function Test with Ground Control and Function Test with Control from Joystick Box.

In Function Test with Ground Control; It starts with the control of the electrical system of the vehicle, it is applied as Emergency Stop Test, Up-Down Movement Test, Emergency Lowering Test.

In Function Test with Control from Joystick Box; Emergency Stop Test, Tilt Sensor Test, Horn Test, Selector Button Test, Up-Down Motion Test, Forward-Backward Motion Test, Steering Right-Left Test, Fast-Slow Test, Safety Limitation Control Test, Driving Braking Test and Pit Guard (Pothole) Security Test is applied.

BALANCE-STABILITY TESTS

Scissor Lifts lift the operator, workers and equipment to a high point for their intended use. Balance Tests are performed on all vehicles produced to perform this operation safely. These tests are Static Balance Test and Dynamic Balance Tests, respectively. Dynamic tests; Includes Obstacle Test, Pit Test and Brake Test. All tests are performed according to the most difficult and unfavorable working conditions of the vehicle (maximum height and weight specified in EN280-A1 standard).

Static Balance Test:

By adding an additional inclination angle of 0.5° to the largest chassis working slopes given separately for each model on scissor lifts, the least advantageous load, distance (extended additional platform) and force (manual hand force) combinations are applied to ensure safe lifting and lowering movements. way it is tested.

Dynamic Balance Tests:

Pit Test, Obstacle Test and Braking Tests are performed by applying the rated loads distributed on the main platform and additional platform to create the largest overturning moment.
