RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The selection and placement process in our company starts with an application that can be made through 3 different channels.
These are respectively;
- by sending a CV to ik@asutay.com.tr via e-mail,
- By filling out a form at www.asutay.com.tr,
- By hand-delivering CV to Asutay Mühendislik head office.
Applications made through all these channels are recorded. In line with the needs of our company, candidates who meet the required qualifications are selected from this pool and invited for a preliminary interview.
Job Interviews at Asutay Engineering
Candidates first conduct a preliminary interview with the HR manager. In this preliminary interview, the competencies of the candidates such as continuous learning, communication skills, problem solving and decision making, teamwork, success orientation, guidance, commercial common sense, customer orientation, creativity and innovation, planning and organization are evaluated. In the light of these evaluations, candidates are invited to a second interview with the department manager related to the relevant position. The most important criteria considered in both interviews is compliance with our corporate culture. According to the results of all interviews, candidates are contacted positively or negatively. A job offer is made to the suitable candidate.
