Our Occupational Health and Safety Procedure, T.C. It covers the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Standards and meets all the needs to ensure the continuity of the system.

LEADERSHIP

As Asutay, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is an integral part of our business. Occupational Health and Safety at Asutay starts with the commitment of the top management. Being aware of the fact that the protection and improvement of the environment we live in and occupational health and safety are also a part of the continuity of our business, in order to completely eliminate or minimize the damages that may occur to our employees, third parties, company assets and the environment in all our fields of activity, the legal requirements of the country of operation and the relevant We act in line with the standards (ISO 45001 etc.) and we accept and undertake that these principles are implemented and enforced with the participation of our employees and aiming for continuous improvement.

OHS Management in Asutay has been established to include proactive and reactive approaches. The combination of these approaches covers all phases of the OHS Management System.

OHS PERFORMANCE

The OHS performances of all our projects carried out within our company are monitored and evaluated by the management.

Investigating and reporting the accidents that occur is an important part of our OHS Management System in order to prevent possible accidents. For this purpose, all accidents and incidents are investigated in detail in order to determine their root causes, and the results are shared with all Asutay personnel so that necessary precautions can be taken.

RISK ASSESSMENT

As Asutay Engineering, it is one of our most important responsibilities as a company to carry out the ISG procedure functionally with a proactive approach, by taking the opinions of the employees and ensuring their participation, to identify the hazards, to predict the risks accordingly, to monitor the occupational health and safety performance and to ensure its continuous improvement.

Proactive approach; It begins with the identification, assessment and management of risks. Pre-work risk assessments, job hazard analyzes and on-the-job meetings constitute the main steps of Asutay OHS risk management and the measures determined in risk analyzes are used to prevent accidents. As Asutay, all accidents; We believe that it can be avoided with evaluation and analysis, right perspective, right planning and effective practices. That's why every activity within Asutay is evaluated with the risks it has, and the relevant procedures are created by taking these risks into account. Asutay OHS procedures have been prepared and implemented in several different categories.

ZERO ACCIDENTS

We maintain the goal of "Zero Accident" in all our activities with the motto of "People First, Safety First" and the perspective of "All Accidents Can Be Prevented". All of our employees and stakeholders also work to achieve this goal and make it sustainable. As the Company Management, we are doing all the work to create and implement the necessary infrastructure in all our activities in order to create a safe work environment for our employees, subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure their continuity and to prevent the risk of occupational diseases or occupational accidents.

HEALTH

As in every company, the health of our employees is very important to us. According to the conditions specified within the framework of the OHS Law No. 6331, a company doctor is employed in our company and our employees can access medical support whenever they need it, without any restrictions. Within the framework of Asutay Engineering's Occupational Health Procedures, hygiene rules have been further detailed, especially in the post-Covid-19 period, and maximum precautions have been taken within our company for the health of our own personnel, our suppliers and subcontractors.

As Asutay Engineering, we offer our employees healthy, hygienic meals suitable for the daily calories needed. Again, within the framework of Covid-19 measures, disposable equipment and treats are offered to all our staff and guests through our assistant personnel who routinely undergo Covid-19 tests.

CONTINUITY IN EDUCATION

It is among the sine qua non for our company to implement a properly structured and properly planned training system within the scope of "Continuity in Education" in order to make all employees and stakeholders of Asutay Engineering more aware of OHS issues, internalize them and make them a part of their daily lives. The Training Procedure, prepared in order to achieve the Zero Accident target, is the most important assistant of our company in reaching the targets.

OTHER STAKEHOLDERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS

Apart from Asutay Engineering employees, I do not see our other stakeholders and subcontractors any different from our own employees. Everyone in our company applies the same OHS standards for which we hold ourselves accountable, and we expect everyone to comply with these standards.
