As Asutay Engineering, in the process of controlling the concept of quality, a system is applied that includes observation, control, keeping statistics, detecting the error, finding the source of the error and how to fix it in order to reach the determined target, purpose and quality standard. Traceability is ensured in the process from the raw material stage to the final product.

Quality control is one of the indispensable elements of the continuity of our company. Different quality controls are carried out in all processes, from the entry of the materials of the product to be manufactured to the entire manufacturing processes and the exit from the factory as the final product. As all personnel are responsible for quality, within the framework of the "Quality Control Plans", quality control officers carry out their controls by using state-of-the-art, calibrated devices according to the determined methods. At the same time, up-to-date quality documents and product certificates are requested together with the raw material or product.

Every step in our production is controlled and recorded in accordance with national/international standards and customer needs and demands.

Data analyzes are carried out regularly by the quality department and Root / Cause Analysis studies are carried out to eliminate nonconformity by using Fault Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

The final control of the product is checked by the quality control officer according to the product's specification, relevant standard and technical drawing, if any, and recorded as a report.
