How Long is the Retention Period of Your Personal Data?

Labor law legislation, social security legislation, occupational safety legislation, tax legislation, customs legislation, etc. In case of legal periods, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized after the expiry of the relevant legal periods.

Camera recordings in our company's workplaces are deleted in 15-day periods.

Records created during entry and exit from our company are deleted, destroyed or anonymized in 90-day periods.

Pursuant to the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the records regarding the withdrawal of approval shall be kept for 1 (one) year from this date, and any other record regarding the content of the commercial electronic message and the post shall be kept for 3 (three) years to be submitted to the Ministry when necessary.
