TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
In our company, trainings are planned based on competencies, knowledge and skills in order to reach maximum performance by making personal development plans of the employees within the framework of the company's goals and the needs of the organization and the determined strategies.
The trainings start with the "Orientation Program" so that new personnel can adapt to the company quickly and easily from the first working day and continue with a continuous learning process with educational activities that increase their competencies. An 'Annual Training Plan' is prepared with a continuous training policy that supports the current job description of the personnel in each department.
In our company, trainings can be in-service trainings, as well as outsourced trainings.
